Q. I’m boarding my pet for the first time. What should I expect?
A. We have an open play environment with indoor & outdoor play areas, plenty of water, experienced & loving staff, state-of-the-art facility designed with your dog’s needs in mind along with a comfortable climate control. Bedding and toys are sanitized daily.
Q. What is required in order for me to board my dog?
A. All dogs are required to be up to date on their vaccinations (Rabies, Bordatella, DHLP). All dogs must pass our temperamental evaluation. If your dog does not pass the temperament evaluation, we have options to reserve a private suite where they will receive as much outdoor play and potty time as other Posh Pups. They just will not have contact with our other guests. If the temperament evaluation test is passed, then your dog will go into daycare and socialize all day with our other boarding and daycare guests.
Q. When are evaluations given?
A. Evaluations are given during the time your pup is here boarding.
Q. What are your prices for boarding?
A. We have two environments. We offer all day play with our other guests and only kennel during naptime and bedtime for dogs $42 per night, for cats $23 per night.(For multiple dog families we offer a 25% discount for each additional dog) Our second environment is kennel free in a private open area for your pup for only an additional $10.00 per night. With a stay of 7 nights or more your pup gets a complimentary bath & blowdry, after 7 nights you will receive an additional 10% discount!
Q. Can I visit Posh Pets to inspect the facility before boarding?
A. Absolutely! We can provide tours anytime during the day except between the hours of 12PM-2PM. That is naptime for our fur babies!
Q. Do you offer daycare?
A. Yes we do! Pups are off-leash and cage-free with other dogs who have passed our temperament evaluation, under the supervision of trained staff. Daycare costs $31 for a full day of play (4 hours or more) and $24 for half a day of play (less than 4 hours). We also offer packages!
Q. What are your requirements for daycare?
A. Before your pup can play, we require a free temperament evaluation. Pups must stay for at least 3 hours for the evaluation and must be spayed or neutered if 1 year old or older.
Q. Do you offer special arrangements for customers who need to drop off their dog before opening hours and pick-up after hours?
A. We charge an additional $24 fee for customers who need to drop off their fur baby before opening and/or after closing.
Q. What kind of discounts does Posh Pets have to offer?
A. We offer a 15% discount to the brave men and women currently serving in the military, military veterans, service members (EMT, police officers, fire fighters) and Jeep club members.
Q. Does Posh Pets offer grooming?
